Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton is an English actor who is known for her roles in movies, such as 'Quantum of Solace', 'The Disappearance of Alice Creed', as well as 'Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters'. Born in Gravesend (Kent), Greater London where she attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. She began her career after taking classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and her debut in film as a support role on the comedy movie 'St Trinian's'. Shortly after, she was featured in the spy thriller "James Bond" film , 'Quantum Of Solace'. The film was average that was mostly mediocre in reviewers. She was the main character in the action-fantasy film 'Prince of Persia The Sands of Time" was her following. She played a role as an assistant in the French movie "Orphan.' Her professional career has led to her being receiving numerous nominations for awards. The award she received was the highly coveted Empire Award for best newcomer in Quantum of Solace and the Evening Standard Theatre Award for the role she played of Made in Dagenham.
